After Republic Media Network's sensational newsbreak raising questions of propriety over dealings between Congress president Rahul Gandhi and one of the 2G scam's main-accused Sanjay Chandra and his company Unitech from the time that the scam was being probed were revealed via accessed documents, in Part 2 comes another sensational reveal about the Gandhi-Vadra family's transactions with yet another scam-accused.

The Congress' so-called 'first family of Indian politics' had dealings with a scamster from the period of its UPA regime - Jignesh Shah of the infamous NSEL scam right, at the time when the Manmohan Singh-led government was investigating him.

Documents have been accessed revealing that Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Vadra had conducted business transactions with one of Jignesh Shah's companies involving a sprawling farmhouse owned jointly by the Gandhi siblings. Called the 'Indira Gandhi Farmhouse', the property is located at Village Sultanpur, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi. The 4.6 acre-plot with a 1014 running feet compound wall is valued at a paltry Rs 9.86 lakh, as per filings in Rahul Gandhi's 2009 election affidavit.

Shockingly, in February 2013, at the time when the NSEL scam was being exposed by top investigative agencies of the country, Jignesh Shah's company signed a lease agreement with Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Vadra for the Mehrauli farmhouse with the document listing the monthly rent at a whopping Rs. 6.70 lakh. This agreement was inked despite a show cause notice sent to the NSEL by the ministry of consumer affairs in 2012.

Rent earned per month by Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in the TDS Sheet shows the gross rent paid monthly to Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.

Furthermore, the 'deposit' paid as part of the lease agreement was an incredible Rs 40,20,000 - over four times the declared worth of the property.
