An appalling video accessed by Republic TV establishes the brutality that currently exists in the city of Delhi. Merely a few days ago, twenty-three-year-old Ankit Saxena was stabbed to death by the family members of his girlfriend in west Delhi's Khyala area.
The video, shows how the crowd stook as onlookers at a time when the girl’s parents continued to attack the 23-year-old photographer. The chilling footage, captured by a bystander shows the mother running towards the son but bystanders continued to turn a blind eye. Through this video, one can assume that those accused were asking about their daughter, while Ankit continued to respond by saying that he ‘didn't know’.
Saxena was stabbed to death by the family members of his girlfriend, who was against their relationship. Saxena was in a relationship with a 20-year-woman. Police arrested woman's father Akbar Ali, mother Shahnaz, a juvenile younger brother and uncle Mohd. Salim on February 2. They were produced before a court which sent them to judicial custody. Four accused, including a juvenile, were sent to judicial custody on Saturday in connection with the case.
Earlier on February 5, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal met the family members of 2 Ankit Saxena and expressed grief over the horrific incident during his meeting with the parents of the victim.
