Spiritual leader Bhaiyyuji Maharaj has been admitted at a hospital in Indore after shooting himself

Spiritual leader Bhaiyyuji Maharaj has been admitted at a hospital in Indore on Tuesday after shooting himself. 

A former model, Bhaiyyuji Maharaj had last been in the news in April when the Madhya Pradesh government passed a controversial order where it accorded Minister of State (MoS) rank upon Bhaiyyuji and four other spiritual leaders and tasked them with spreading awareness on conservation of the Narmada river. As per reports, Bhaiyyuji Maharaj had declined the post.

Bhayyuji Maharaj was brought dead to hospital. 

His family members were present when the incident took place. 

Family members broke open the door and found him lying in a pool of blood. 

Revolver used has been seized by the police. 

Accidental Death Report hasn’t been filed as yet. 

On suicide note: "So far we haven’t recovered anything as yet. But the investigation is on. Will need sometime before we can comment on any recovery."

Update at 15:55: The Indore police is recording the statement of Bhaiyyuji Maharaj's family members -- first, the statement of those who broke open the door and took his body out. A forensic team is also at the spot.

Update at 16:07: A suicide note has reportedly been found citing that nobody was responsible for Bhaiyyuji's death. He claimed to be stressed out and fed up.
