Sri Sri Ravishankar urges nation to be united against forces who plotted assassination of PM Modi

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has joined in the long list of individuals blasting the perpetrators who were planning the assassination of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On Friday, Republic revealed a letter plotting the move to kill the PM.

Reacting to that letter, Sri Sri urged the entire nation to get together and take on such forces. He tweeted, "The plot to assassinate the Prime Minister of the largest democracy is a desperate attempt by anti-national elements to destabilise the country. This is not an attack on just an individual, but on the people of the entire nation. Let’s stand united against such destructive forces."

The final statement of the letter states: - Modi has successfully established the BJP govt in more than 15 states. If this place continues then it would mean immense trouble for the party on all fronts. Greater suppression of dissent and more brutal form of Mission 2016 (OHG).Com.Kisan and few other senior comrades have proposed concrete steps to end Modi. In spite of big defeats like Bihar and West Bengal,  Adivasis led Hindu Fascist regime is bulldozing its way into the lives of indigenous Modi, have raised this issue very strongly. We are working to consolidate ties with the like-minded organization, pol. parties, representatives of minorities across the country. organizations ''Defeating Hindu Fascism has been our core agenda and a major concern for the party. Several leaders from the secret cells, as well as open raj. We are thinking along the lines of another Rajiv Gandhi type incident. It sounds suicidal and there is a good chance that we might fail but we feel that the party PB/CC must deliberate over our proposal. Targetting his road-shows could be an effective strategy. Many individuals from different backgrounds have criticized and hit hard at the forces who were planning this heinous crime. Baba Ramdev, co-founder of the Patanjali group of company, was also extremely critical of this issue.

He tweeted, “The Prime Minister is the heritage of a nation. It is after decades that the nation has witnessed a man of such stature in this position. I am distressed to learn about the fact that he was being planned to assassinate just like Rajiv Gandhi. Everybody should rise above partisan politics and conduct an high-level inquiry into the matter.”
