The video was recorded on September 9 in Bohri Kadal, Srinagar and accessed by Republic TV's Jammu Bureau Chief Tejinder Singh Sodhi. CRPF Madadgaar helping Kashmiris

The video captures the essence of the CRPF's efforts to ensure normalcy in the lives of Kashmiris since the abrogation of Article 370, following which there has also been a parallel agenda to disturb the peace, or portray that effect. Nothing exemplifies the CRPF's endeavours more than the Madadgaar programme which has been aiding the people of Kashmir since August 5 by providing them with necessary supplies like medicines and food. They have handled more than 34,000 calls from which the majority of calls were enquiries about the well-being of families and relatives living in Kashmir. The CRPF team has personally visited the houses of people to establish contact between the caller and the family, while communications have been restricted in light of Pakistan's use of social media to incite. In testimonial videos, Kashmiris have spoken about how the Madadgaar has helped them, particularly in matters related to their health and welfare.
