The students of Panjab University on Monday carried out protests against the violence at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Delhi. 

A mob of masked persons gathered inside the Jawaharhal Nehru University campus with lathis and rods, thrashing students and faculty members and destroying campus property on Sunday. JNU Students Union president Aishe Ghosh was also injured, being discharged from the hospital on Monday morning
