PM Narendra Modi on Monday during his speech in Ahmedabad in Gujrat warned terrorists of terrible consequence if they continued with strikes against India.

He also attacked politicians from the Opposition parties who have questioned the action taken by the Indian Air Force against terror camps backed in Pakistan.

"Look at the misfortune of the country, I don't know what has happened to these people. Those who criticise our forces make headlines in Pakistan media. What kind of politicians are these people? They are being discussed in their Parliament. Is this good for the country? Will you speak in such a way that Pakistan will clap for you?

"The Indian Forces have defeated them, they have shown courage. And I can't wait any longer. It is in my nature to make each one of them pay for every attack," he said.

Hitting out at the Opposition for not acting against terror, he stressed upon the need for the eradication of terrorism and his government's commitment to act on it.

He warned terrorists and those involved in terrorism, he roared that he would go after them even after they have reached seventh circle of hell.

"If the previous government had the guts it would have avenged the terror attacks. The previous government did not do anything after the 26/11 attack. We must fight terrorism and work on uprooting it. But nothing has changed since 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. Should we fight against terror or not?" he asked.
