Road and rail blockade called by Indigenous Nationalist Party of Twipra’s (INPT) paralyzed movement in areas under the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) on Thursday. The 12-hour blockade was held in protest against the Citizenship Amendment Bill. The party raised hoardings and created barriers on roads and railway tracks to block movements.
