In a shocking incident, a video has emerged from Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat showing a group of young boys firing celebratory shots directly at the cake while celebrating a birthday. The video, which has now gone viral on social media, the men can be seen running on the road in broad-daylight, abusing each other and brandishing guns. 

As part of birthday celebrations, one of the around 10-15 young boys can be seen firing shots at the cake, instead of cutting it with an actual knife. In the video, gunshots can be heard quite loud and clear. The date and timing of the video are yet to ascertain. The incident took place in broad daylight in the Sarurpur Khedki area in Baghpat's Uttar Pradesh. 

Speaking in the matter to news agency ANI, Circle Officer of Baghpat, OP Singh has said that on the basis of the viral video in which men can be seen firing the celebratory gunshots during a birthday celebration, a case has been registered in the matter. Meanwhile, further investigation is underway to find out the whereabouts of the men in the video and the license of the gun which was used to shoot the cake.

In a similar incident earlier in January, a video went viral showing a man celebrating his birthday by shooting at the cake. He did not shoot the cake once, but several times as a celebratory gesture. While it was speculated that the incident took place in Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, the police had denied it. Interestingly, the cake had the word "Gujjar"  written on it.
