The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has issued a statement on Wednesday blaming the Opposition which it labelled as the Khan market gang of a conspiracy in the lynching case of 22-year-old Tabrez Ansari. In a shocking development in the mob-lynching case of 22-year old Tabrez Ansari in Jharkhand's Kharsawa, the police dropped the murder charges based on the post mortem report which said that he died due to a cardiac arrest. The VHP in its statement gave credence to the police's conclusion in the case and alleged that the 'Khan market' / 'secular' gang was inciting communal disharmony in the country using incidents like this. It also alleged that several attacks on Hindu temples and Hindu communities were carried out following the attack. The VHP also alleged that the Khan market gang flared up the sentiments of Muslims whenever there is a communal disharmony in the country.
VHP spokesperson Vinod Bansal said repeated the statement by the organisation. "The Khan Market mafia wants to spread hatred among the communities. They blew the matter out of proportion. It was due to hatred spread by the Khan market gang, that Muslim keep attacking Hindu temples," he said.
In a shocking development in the mob-lynching case of 22-year old Tabrez Ansari in Jharkhand's Kharsawa, the police has dropped the murder charges claiming that the post mortem report is saying that he died due to cardiac arrest. Speaking to Republic TV, Ansari's lawyer Altaf Hussain alleged that the case is politically motivated. He also said that charges has been framed as per section 304, whereas it should have been registered under section 302. Hussain added that a petition has been filed that the chargesheet should file the case under section 302 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) stating 'punishment for murder'.
