"The police officials should be terminated and not only transferred, the party's image is getting hurt. I want a CBI investigation. None of the innocent workers should be held responsible. If police was attentive, then this incident wouldn't happened. Two people have died due to police negligence. If they would have listen to people, then this incident would be averted. Heads are rolling after the horrific Bulandshahr incident in which Police Inspector Subodh Kumar Singh and a 20-year-old youth were killed by a violent mob.

The Bulandshahr SSP Krishna Bahadur Singh has been transferred on Saturday. The SSP's transfer is the third one to happen. Earlier, the circle officer Satya Prakash was transferred to police training centre in Moradabad while the local chowki in-charge Suresh Kumar was transferred to Lalitpur district.

As per sources, the ADG intelligence on Bulandshahr violence places responsibility on senior officials on not acting on time during the violence. The report says that disturbing elements had conspired to create violence and tension escalated as  local administration and police officials had delayed response. It also says there was a dearth of adequate force to deal with the situation.

The UP government has been facing flak after the violence in Bulandshahr on December 3 as CM Yogi Adityanath was seen attending a laser show in Gorakhpur at the time of the incident.

The sister of the cop has alleged conspiracy in his death as he was probing the murder of Mohammad Akhlaq who was was a lynching victim in Dadri, UP.
