Nine people were killed in a deadly fire that broke out at a cloth warehouse in Northwest Delhi’s Kirari area. The godown was situated on the ground floor and the building had no fire safety equipment and only one staircase. Three children were among the nine people killed in this incident. The fire broke out at around 12:30 am. The injured were taken to Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital and other nearby hospitals for treatment.
