Delhi Police has recently been stepping up their game to spread awareness about traffic safety, and safe driving practices. Kicking off National Road Safety Week, 2019, the Delhi Police launched a campaign which involved holding a mirror to the society. Quite literally.

A video, which was posted on the official handle of the police department, showed a cop in a helmet holding a mirror along with several other placards. The purpose of the officer was to encourage two-wheelers riders to wear helmets.

Watch the clip posted by the official Twitter handle of Delhi Traffic Police below:

The video has garnered 1,066 Retweets and 3,339 Likes. The video will encourage people to reflect upon their behaviour and giver priority to road safety. While many praised the Delhi traffic police for their creative idea, others wondered if such an initiative would encourage people to follow traffic rules.
