Republic TV has accessed a video that captures in 10 seconds the befitting response Pakistan received in exchange for its ill-advised attempt to intrude into India's airspace and attack Indian military installations - namely its F-16 being decimated by India's MIG 21 Bison.

In the video, right at the start, the blazing remains of the Pakistani F-16 can be seen hurtling comet-like to the ground after having been blown out of the sky by India's MIG. The locals who are recording the video can be heard saying 'parachute'. Two spots remain in the sky where the Pakistani F-16 had been only moments earlier, remnants of the explosion that had just taken place.

This blazing response by the Indian Air Force took place after Pakistani aircrafts made an effort to infiltrate the Indian airspace. Three Pakistani F-16 jets entered the Indian territory, but the Air Force immediately responded and confronted them by sending their own aircrafts in the air. One of the intruder F-16 jet was shot down in the Lam Valley in Nowshera sector while the other two jets were forced back.

Pakistan government and a number of their officials had denied any such development taking place, and had instead tried to spread a false narrative. But the MEA, along with Air Vice Marshall, held a press briefing hours after the development and exposed the lie which Pakistan had tried to peddle.

"In the aerial engagement, one Pakistani fighter was shot down by a MIG-21 Bison," MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said before adding, "We have unfortunately lost one MIG-21. The Pilot is missing in action. Pakistan has claimed the pilot in its custody. We are ascertaining the facts."

Efforts by Pakistan to infiltrate the Indian territory comes a day after Indian Air Force had avenged the Pulwama terror attack by annihilating terror training camps in Pakistan and PoK. Using 16 Mirage 2000 jets, the forces went inside the Pakistan territory and destroyed terror bases using laser-guided bombs, neutralizing 245 foot soldiers and terrorists who were under going training in these respective camps.

The very fact that Pakistan tried to use official assets to come into Indian air space, just a day later, is only a further corroboration of the narrative that they fully supported those in the JeM, the LeT and the Hizbul Mujahideen camps eliminated by India.
