Here's how he captioned his tweet:

"Finally got down to completing the fitness challenge set for me by Gul Panag This is part of a functional workout I enjoy doing."

Further challenging Tanvir Sadiq, Junaid Mattu, and Nasir Sogami

This string of challenges began on May 21 when Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, the Minister of State with Independent Charge of the Information and Broadcasting, and Youth Affairs and Sports ministries published his own video where he demonstrates how he has added a fitness regimen to his daily work-day. The Olympian took to his Twitter account to post the video in which he is seen breaking into an impromptu workout session at work. He is also seen talking about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a fit India. Taking the baton forward he nominated skipper Virat Kohli, Saina Nehwal, and Hrithik Roshan to take up the challenge. That's exactly how and when the nominating and challenging process initiated.

The #FitnessChallenge has gone viral on social media since then. The initiative propagated by Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has inspired many people from different walks of life, including politicians, members of the Bollywood and film and entertainment industry, members of the sporting fraternity, government employees and other people to take up the challenge under the slogan 'hum fit toh India fit'.
