Robert Vadra didn't answer questions posed to him as he went for a ride on his motorbike on Monday morning, following a hectic set of days that saw him facing multiple sets of marathon questioning by the Enforcement Directorate in connection to alleged money laundering related to foreign assets.

Vadra rode into his street in the national capital where reporters were camped outside his main gate. He was wearing black overalls and a black helmet and was riding a hefty low-rider cruiser bike with wide rear wheels.

As reporters moved towards him, he slowed down but did not stop, carefully navigating his way inside his gate.

Vadra - the brother-in-law of Congress president Rahul Gandhi - has been questioned multiple times in the last week by the ED, almost always in marathon sessions. On the first day, amid high visibility surrounding his first appearance in such a manner despite years of allegations, Robert Vadra was accompanied to the ED office by Priyanka Gandhi, who dropped him off and proceeded to the AICC headquarters where she formally took up the position of Congress General Secretary for Uttar Pradesh East, holding a meeting and telling the media that she "stands by her family".

On Sunday, Robert Vadra had taken to Twitter to post:

Priyanka Gandhi is scheduled to make her first involvement in a big bang pre-election political scenario on Monday as she and Rahul Gandhi head to Lucknow where they will hold a roadshow to the local Congress office. Vadra, meanwhile, will appear before the ED in Jaipur in connection with another money laundering case over land in Bikaner.
