WATCH: Top BJP Leader Kailash Vijayvargiya's Son And BJP MLA Akash Vijayvargiya Thrashes Civic Authorities With A Bat, Says, "will Do It Again If Required"

In a video that has come to light, top BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya's son and BJP MLA Akash Vijayvargiya in an extremely, brazen rowdy behaviour could be seen thrashing a Municipal Corporation officer with a cricket bat on Wednesday. 

In the violent incident that was recorded in Madhya Pradesh's Indore, Vijayvargiya could be seen physically assaulting the civic authorities, wherein he hit the authorities with a cricket bat, slapped them and tore their clothes. 

Amid the ruckus the Police officials could be seen trying to douse the situation, meanwhile an FIR has been registered against the son of the top BJP leader.

The civic authorities were in the area for an anti-encroachment drive. 

Following the goondaism that was witnessed on the streets of Indore, Republic confronted Akash Vijayvargiya over his brazen attack. In retaliation to which, the BJP MLA blatantly stated that 'he will not back off' and that he is a 'voted MLA and will do anything' 

He said, "Indore Municipal Corporation is behaving like gundas, they are in tie-up with Congress leaders. I am a leader chosen by the people. I will not back off from the attack. I have been voted by the people to serve them. I will do whatever it takes even if it means lifting a bat and stopping officials. I stand by my actions."

BJP's National General Secretary's son further implied that he will take law in his own hands, stating that 'he will do it again if required.'  

"People have voted me to power to do whatever it takes to help them, even if it means I have to lift a bat. I will do it again if required," he added.
