He said, “Ensuring win in booth means winning the seat.”

According to the UP BJP General Secretary Vijay Pathak, the party workers had been working overtime since the official notification of the election. They will showcase the welfare schemes commenced by both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the UP CM. The BJP is hopeful of winning the by-polls as they face a fractured opposition this time, with the Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) contesting the elections separately. In 2018, the combined might of the SP and BSP had led to BJP’s shock defeat in the Lok Sabha by-poll to Kairana, Phulpur, and Gorakhpur.
