In this tweet, Tejashwi Yadav alleged that Nitish Kumar does not have the right to surveillance inside the his bedroom:

"Nitish ji, you have the right on the police and the security, but you don't have the right to install 360 degree HD cameras inside my bedroom, within the premises of the house and office and snoop into our house. You can install the cameras outside our house, we don't mind," read the tweet.

Speaking in the matter, JD(U) spokesperson Sanjay Kumar Singh stated that ‘the CCTV cameras have been installed in Chief Minister’s residence, and not in Tejashwi Yadav’s residence.

“CM house has to be protected. It is wrong to raise questions. CCTV has not been installed in Tejashwi’s bedroom. He might be scared of his personal assistant Mani Yadav, who was jailed in the past for indulging in sex trade. There are many criminals who have come to meet Tejashwi in the past because his family is known for protecting criminals and same is true for Tejashw. Probably, that is why he is worried," Sanjay Singh said.

RJD MLA Bhai Virendra has further alleged that ‘Nitish Kumar is scared of Tejashwi Yadav’s popularity and no matter whatever he does, people of Bihar will teach him a lesson.’

"Bihar Chief Minister’s residence at 1, Anne Marg, which is under renovation, is adjacent to 5, Desh Ratna Marg which is occupied by Tejashwi Yadav. Official sources(under condition of anonymity) stated that, the CCTV cameras have been installed at CM’s residence, keeping in mind that Tejashwi Yadav does not live at the residence of 5, Desh Ratna Marg," said Bhai Virendra.
