Responding to the incident, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi targeted the BJP and RSS, saying that they have successfully created a mindset where Muslims are seen as terrorists, anti-nationals & cow slaughters. Speaking to media, Owaisi further claimed that such incidents against the Muslim community will not stop until the BJP fulfill their Constitutional duties properly.
"Incidents of mob lynching are not going to stop because BJP & RSS have increased the sense of hatred against Muslims. They've successfully created a mindset where Muslims are seen as terrorists, anti-nationals & cow slaughters. These incidents are not going to stop. These incidents will only stop when BJP will do their constitutional duties properly. They are failing in their duties," said the AIMIM chief.
Earlier in the day, several leaders in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have accused the Modi government of being intolerant towards minorities.
