The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has arrested a software developer Ghulam Mustafa from Jharkhand in illegal ticketing racket which has links to Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Dubai with suspected involvement in terror financing. While his wife has denied the accusations and has demanded an investigation, the RPF suspects his involvement in money laundering and terror financing case. The accused is being interrogated.
