The Patiala house court has dismissed senior Congress leader Motilal Vora’s plea seeking to restrain BJP leader Subramanian Swamy from tweeting about the National Herald case on Monday.

The party is also heading up to state elections this year and 2019 Lok Sabha poll preparations.

Swamy has also said that he would be asking for day-to-day hearing on the case. From Feb 1st I will ask for day to day hearing in NH case. Next date is Jan 11 for my cross examination", he tweeted.

Swamy had also recorded a statement on August 25 before a Delhi court in connection with the case. He had told the court that he needed to tweet in order to inform his followers about the case.
