Security Tightened At JNU After Attack On Students And Faculties Inside Campus

ID cards are being checked by security guards before allowing the students or the faculties' entry in the campus

After the JNU violence involving attacks on students and faculties, security has been tightened at the campus gates. ID cards are being checked by security guards before allowing the students or the faculties' entry in the campus. The guards have however maintained that the system of checking ID cards before allowing entry is a practice followed on a daily basis and not due to the violence that erupted in the campus on January 5.
