SENSATIONAL: CBI doesn't trust Ryan Pinto; wants to interrogate him in Pradyuman murder probe

In a sensational development, Republic TV has accessed the CBI's reply to the petition filed by Ryan Pinto. In the reply, the CBI says that Ryan International Group of Institutions' CEO Ryan Pinto cannot be ruled out as a 'conspirator' in the Pradyuman Thakur murder case. 

The investigative agency proceeds to add that ‘Pinto could destroy evidence’ and that the 'attitude of the school led to the murder'.

In addition, CBI sources tell Republic TV that the investigative body is also probing the role of a second student who allegedly accompanied the arrested minor in the murder of seven-year-old Pradyuman Thakur. The CBI is verifying the veracity of the statements from the gardener and PT teacher from the school which was given to the Gurugram Police, sources add.

Following are the highlights of the CBI's reply in court:

• The CBI reply in court reads, “Careless attitude of school authorities and lapses in security seems to have led to the murder.”
• The reply also hints at Ryan Pinto being a conspirator. It says,

“Possibility of him (Ryan Pinto) being a member of conspiracy behind Pradyuman murder.”

• “Abetment, destruction of evidence by him (Ryan Pinto) cannot be ruled out”
• The CBI reply adds that the status of a person in the society does not allow him to claim special treatment.”
• The CBI also slams the BAR Association by stating that

“access to justice doesn't permit any bar association to pass a resolution like the one done”

• The agency has also demanded an interrogation of Ryan Pinto for larger conspiracy and adds that “Pinto may tamper, intimidate, help associates and abscond.”
• Furthermore, the CBI reply in court states that Pinto “can’t claim innocence just because he is not in the FIR.”
