Supreme Court action

The Supreme Court transferred cases pertaining to Unnao rape case from Lucknow CBI court to Delhi CBI court. It modified its order to transfer the accident case as the CBI complained to it that the transfer of the case to Delhi was affecting the remand of accused, custodial interrogation of Kuldeep Sengar among other issues. The case will remain in Lucknow for the next 7 to 14 days, till the probe is over. The CBI had also moved an application in a Lucknow court on Friday seeking custodial interrogation of four other suspects in the case apart from Kuldeep Singh Sengar, i.e. Atul Singh, Shailender Singh, Virender Singh, Vineet Mishra.
