In a case of public, as well as police apathy, a man was hacked to death right in the middle of the Attapur Ring Road in Rajender Nagar, Hyderabad. A video has emerged in social media, where a man, wearing a yellow shirt, attacking a man in a red shirt time and time again with a sharp object till he was killed.

The shocking fact in the whole incident was that the whole act took place right in the middle of the road, in front of a huge crowd. Barely anyone came forward to help or rescue the victim. But what was even more shocking was that a Police van drove past the scene of crime, despite the heinous act taking place right in front.

In the video, the accused can be seen furiously attacking the victim with an axe. When the victim, Rajesh, tried to run from the situation, he was chased down by the culprit and his friend, in a blue shirt, and attacked mercilessly again.

A couple of people in the video could be seen trying to hold back and stop the accused from attacking the victim, who is down on the ground. But all of them backed off watching the manner in which the culprit was ruthlessly beating Rajesh.

It was during that time when the videos recorded a police van stopping there. But instead of stopping the culprit, the vehicle just drove past. After the victim was killed, both the attackers just stood at the scene of the crime.

Sources have reported that the victim was an accused in a murder case which took place last year. He was returning from the court, when four people, including the man in a yellow shirt, starting attacking him with an axe.

After receiving the information about the incident, Rajender Nagar police rushed to the spot. The cops collected clues and evidences from the scene of crime, after which the dead body was shifted to the Osmania hospital mortuary.

Speaking about this heinous crime, the police said, "Enemity is supposed to be the cause of the murder." A case has been registered in the Rajender Nagar police station.
