Ahead of tabling of CAG report on Rafale deal, Sonia Gandhi launches 'bluff philosophy' attack at Centre
UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi while addressing the Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP) attacked the BJP led Centre saying that Modi government has followed the philosophy of "bluff, bluster and intimidation". She also added that the government had tossed aside truth and transparency. She also accused the Centre of creating economic stress and social strain.

“Bluff, bluster and intimidation have been the governance philosophy of the Modi government. Truth and transparency have been brazenly tossed aside. Last five years have been a time of unprecedented economic stress and social strain,” she said.

Sonia and Rahul along with other senior Congress party members will lead a protest against the CAG report on Rafale deal in the Parliament on Wednesday.
Congress president Rahul Gandhi earlier responded to questions on CAG report to be tabled in Parliament, says "will address press briefing later today".
He also joined a protest by the TMC over the Rafale deal at Gandhi statue.
Sonia Gandhi and Congress president Rahul Gandhi had addressed a general body meeting of Congress Parliamentary party on Wednesday. The meeting came a few months ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
Rahul was in Lucknow on Monday where he held a roadshow with his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. She has been appointed as the Congress general secretary for East Uttar Pradesh.
"The Congress will fight (Lok Sabha polls) with full force in Uttar Pradesh. The party will fight for its ideology," Rahul said during the roadshow.
