Countering allegations of governance deficit in the state, BJP on March 13 advised the opposition parties to play constructive politics for the state's betterment.
Opposition leaders need to do constructive politics and put forth the role of effective opposition for the betterment of state and the region, BJP state general secretary Pawan Khajuria said.
He asked the opposition leaders to concentrate energy on the positive approach to the peoples issues.
The leaders of the opposition have nothing concrete to counter BJP,... that's why they (opposition) are "playing" with the peoples sentiments, the BJP leader said.
He said the opposition is contributing nothing as far as the development of the region or the state is concerned.
Referring to frequent statements of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) leaders who accused BJP of selling out the people's mandate for power and demand the dismissal of the PDP-BJP government, he said it is a desperate bid of the party to build air castles as it loses ground among the masses.
BJP feels itself to be answerable to the people of the state and especially to those who have voted for the better future of the state, Khajuria said.
