A big controversy has been created from Harbhajan Singh's tweet where he celebrated India's successful launch of Chandrayaan 2, which was a mammoth feat in every way, on account of him making it about countries on their flags. His tweet said 'Some countries have Moons on their flags, others have flags on the Moon' and was vilified as having a religious connotation, particularly against one religion. Those backing Harbhajan Singh were clear that those opposing him had a history of targeting the Indian security forces, whom the off-spinner regularly extols on Twitter.

Harbhajan Singh tweeted in awe of the Indian Forces following its Surgical Strike operation against cross-border terrorists.
