Union Minister and BJP MP from Asansol Babul Supriyo slammed TMC chief Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday. The BJP had picked up Republic TV's sting operation where TMC leader Madan Mitra made shocking revelations about his party leader and West Bengal CM. On the following day, BJP's West Bengal chief Kailash Vijayvargiya slammed Mamata Banerjee in a tweet citing Republic TV's report. Babul Supriyo also criticised Mamata Banerjee and said even the minority communities for which she allegedly plays appeasement politics can see through her devices.
While Babul Supriyo did not comment on Republic's sting, he nevertheless had much to say about his political opponent. Speaking from a BJP event, he said, "You are witnessing the euphoria around. People want change in West Bengal and want an end to Mamata Banerjee's rule. Everyone knows her nature, that she does appeasement politics. Even Muslims brothers and sisters know she misleading and deceiving them."
Kailash Vijayvargiya tweeted in Hindi criticising the TMC chief. He said that her 'confidant' Mitra validated her 'ignominious reputation which the public knew'. "Misuse of administration, violation of democracy, political killings, politics on dead bodies and hatred of Lord Ram," he alleged in the tweet. The BJP leader added that the people of West Bengal and India are demanding her to be accountable.
Mamata Banerjee's key party leader, Madan Mitra, spilled the beans in a sensational sting operation conducted by Republic Media Network. The close confidant of Mamata Banerjee's made massive revelations - about 150 lives lost, the poll violence, the corruption, and the communal politics under the TMC supremo's governance. Shaking the power corridors, Republic Media Network's sting operation on Mamata Banerjee's right hand revealed massive allegations against the TMC supremo. Some of them include communalising political violence and death, the spike in poll violence, the saffron surge in the state and her 'anti-Lord Ram' attitude.
