The Prime Minister will celebrate his birthday with the children of a primary school in the Narur village near Varanasi, post his arrival in the city on Monday afternoon. He will interact with more students at the Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) campus, and then, on Tuesday, will be at the Benaras Hindu University (BHU) amphitheatre where he is expected to flag off development and other projects totalling Rs 500 crore, including an incubation centre at BHU named after former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
