Shah's follow close on the heels of the apex court on Friday delivering a massive setback to the Opposition and Rahul Gandhi in particular over the latter's insistence of there being a scam in the intergovernmental agreement between India and France to purchase 36 Rafale fighter jets in a flyaway condition.
