RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav Admits Speaking To Gangster Mohammad Shahabuddin

99 days after Republic TV exposed Lalu-Shahabuddin tapes, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav had admitted to speaking to gangster Shahbuddin while he was in jail.  In the recordings, it could be clearly heard that Yadav is taking instructions about police deployment from Shahabuddin.

Lalu Prasad Yadav accepted that Shahabuddin called him from jail about Siwan and Gopalganj riots with him over the phone. The RJD supremo added that ‘Shahabuddin also said that Nitish Kumar is not a good person’ and went to add that he and the gangster only discussed matters concerning the ‘law and order situation over the phone.’

Merely a few weeks ago, Lalu Prasad Yadav admitted that he maintains good relations with mafia don Mohammed Shahabuddin. Republic TV’s reporter confronted the RJD supremo at the airport which resulted in Lalu getting rattled and avoiding questions completely.
