The Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday launched massive protests in Delhi demanding a public apology from Rahul Gandhi for misleading the country on Rafale issue by attributing the jibe "Chowkidar Chor Hai" to the Supreme Court. A large crowd of protestors was marching towards the All India Congress Committee (AICC) headquarters in the national capital. With thundering chants of "Rahul Gandhi maafi maango (Rahul Gandhi apologise)", the crowd carried long banners with caricatures of the former Congress president.
