Two days ahead of the first phase of Gujarat Elections 2017, a BJP leader has been accused of making a hate speech. BJP Leader Shailesh Sotta in an election rally made a communal remark regarding the population of the Muslim community.
At a gathering, the leader is heard saying, “If someone with a cap and beard is sitting in the audience then forgive me, but we have to reduce their population, it's the need of the hour.”
The leader Shailesh Sotta after the video went viral on social media has justified his comments.
