Congress media in-charge Randeep Surjewala laid into the Union Budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday, hours after her speech in Parliament.
Surjewala took to Twitter to make his points, showed his dismay in his typical style, and calling it 'uninspiring' and 'directionless'. He accused it of failing to address rural growth, job crisis and other things. Here's his tweet which sums up his disapproval of the budget:
The Congress legislator also slammed the decision of cutting down on taxes for the corporate sector. He expressed his concern over the issues that an 'honest taxpayer' will suffer. Here's what Surjewala stated in his tweet:
