New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to the heroes of the 1999 Kargil War at the Kargil National Memorial in Dras, as India observes the 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas on Friday.
PM Modi laid a wreath at the memorial and later addressed the forces at the Kargil War Memorial. While addressing, PM issued a stern warning to Pakistan and also attacked opposition for misleading the youth on the Agniveer Scheme. PM Modi stated that Pakistan has not learned from history, and every time it has made nefarious attempts, it has failed.
