BJP Chief J P Nadda Pays Tribute to Journalist Umesh Upadhyay
BJP president J P Nadda attended an event here to pay tribute to senior journalist Umesh Upadhyay who recently fell to his death.
New Delhi: BJP President J P Nadda on Friday paid tribute to veteran journalist Umesh Upadhyay, who tragically died after falling from his house in southwest Delhi.
Speaking at a ‘Shradhanjali Sabha,’ Nadda praised Upadhyay for his contributions to journalism and society. "He dedicated his life to serving society, the country, and humanity," Nadda said.
He highlighted Upadhyay's soft-spoken yet bold nature, noting that he always presented his views with courage and honesty.
Upadhyay, 64, was inspecting renovation work at his Vasant Kunj home when he accidentally fell from the fourth floor. He was the elder brother of former Delhi BJP Chief Satish Upadhyay.
Nadda urged everyone to draw inspiration from Upadhyay’s unwavering commitment to his ideology and patriotism, which he upheld throughout his life.
