Zeeshan Siddique, Salman Khan Get Another Death Threat, 20-Year-Old Suspect Arrested From Noida

Mumbai: Days after the murder of former Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Baba Siddique, his son and MLA Zeeshan Siddique has received a death threat again; the caller has demanded ransom and has also threatened to kill actor Salman Khan. In another update, the caller behind this hoax death threat has been arrested from Noida.

Baba Siddique's Son Zeeshan Siddique Receives Death Threat Again

Baba Siddique's son and politician Zeeshan Siddique has received a fresh threat call and the caller has threatened to kill him and actor Salman Khan. A ransom amount has also been demanded.

According to sources, this threat call came on the phone of Zeeshan Siddiqui's public relations office in Bandra East on Friday evening.

Death Threat to Zeeshan Siddique: Case Registered, Caller Arrested

In this case, on the basis of the complaint given by the employee of Zeeshan Siddiqui's office, a case has been registered against unknown people in Nirmalnagar Police Station. In a latest update, the caller responsible for sending the threat is 20 years old and his name is Gurfan Khan. He has been arrested from Noida by the Nirmalnagar Police.

This is not the first time that Zeeshan Siddique has received a death threat. Days after the murder of Baba Siddique, according to sources in police, an insider had informed the shooters about Baba Siddique and his son's location to the shooters. The sources further said that the shooters were ordered to kill the father-son duo but Zeeshan got saved because he left his office ten minutes before his father. There were reports that Zeeshan Siddique had received death threats days before his father was shot dead in Mumbai.

Mumbai police said, "Zeeshan Siddiqui, son of Baba Siddiqui had received threats a few days before the incident took place. The accused told during interrogation that both Zeeshan and Baba Siddiqui were on the target and they were ordered to fire on anyone they found. Zeeshan Siddiqui was also the target of the accused. The accused were given a contract to kill both Zeeshan and Baba Siddiqui."
