How Arshdeep Dalla and Lucky Patyal have established strong network of gangsters in Delhi NCR

If in the world of organised crime, the Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar gang is one of the major challenges for law enforcement officials, their rival gang of Arshdeep Dalla (aka Arshdeep Singh or Arsh Dalla) and Lucky Patyal are not far behind. Both these gangs as per Central Agencies are now not involved in organised crime but also involved in anti national activities. With its affiliation with Khalistan Tiger Force, Arshdeep Dalla and Lucky Patyal have already been declared as terrorists.

Despite several raids on associates and the location of Arshdeep Dalla and Lucky Patyal by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), the influence of the Arshdeep Dalla gangs in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR) remains. In the last one-and-a-half months, there have been two encounters between the henchmen of Arshdeep Dalla and Delhi Police.

Speaking of the network of gangsters that aids Arshdeep Dalla and Lucky Patyal gang, the persons involved are Dinesh Sharma and Neeraj Pandit. Dinesh is believed to have moved abroad but has his residence in Gurugram. As per sources, Dinesh takes care of the financial matters and often coordinates between the gangs that are aiding Arshdeep Dalla in Delhi-NCR. Another key associate of Arshdeep Dalla gang in Delhi-NCR is Neeraj Pandit who so far is still at large.

In Gurugram, the gang of Kaushal Chaudhary is affiliated with the Arshdeep Dalla gang. Kaushal Chaudhary in turn works alongside Hariom Titu. While both have been arrested by law enforcement agencies, the presence of henchmen of Kaushal and Hariom has made sure that their influence does not wane completely.

The gang reportedly indulged in extortion from restaurants, wine shops, big vegetable wholesalers and even some hospitals, obtaining money from bookies, and trying to mediate in disputed land properties. These illegal activities have a source of income for the Kaushal Chadhury and Hariom Titu gang in Gurugram and nearby areas.

In Delhi, Neeraj Sehrawat alias Neeraj Bawana, who is operating from the Outer North Area seems to be working for Arshdeep Dalla. While Neeraj Bawana has been arrested, his gang is being run successfully by Sunny Dagar who is a gangster in Jafarpur area but later joined hands with Bawana.

Another major gangster who is affiliated with the Dalla-Patyal gang is Irffan Chennu alias Pehelwan, with his gang operating from Seelampur area. Gangster Amit Dagar is also looking for activities of Arshdeep Dalla in Faridabad and other areas of Haryana.

Despite Arshdeep Dalla being based in Canada, the presence of a reasonable well-connected network in Delhi-NCR has meant that on several occasions, law enforcement agencies have had to deal with the gangster's henchmen in not only organised crimes, but also crimes that have been anti-national and registered under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, also known as UAPA.
