The Vande Bharat Express aims to distinguish itself by offering competitive fares compared to renowned trains like Shatabdi and Tejas Express. The executive class fare is set at Rs 2595, surpassing Shatabdi’s Anubhuti class coach.

However, concerns arise about potential passenger reluctance due to the relatively expensive fares. On January 4, the chair car fare from Lucknow to Anand Vihar is Rs 1,410, while the executive class is Rs 2,595.

The Delhi-Ayodhya Vande Bharat train will run for six days a week except for Wednesdays.
