Amit Shah chairs high-level security meeting on J&K, LG Manoj Sinha, top-officials present

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday chaired a high-level security meeting with Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) LG Manoj Sinha and other top security officials in the national capital. During the meeting, Shah reviewed the security preparations in Jammu and Kashmir and border areas.
Ahead of the consecration at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22 and Republic Day celebration, the present meeting is being considered as very crucial. Along with Amit Shah and LG Manoj Sinha, NSA Ajit Doval, Army Chief General Manoj Pande, Director Intelligence Bureau (IB) Tapan Deka and other officials.
Earlier, J&K LG Manoj Sinha arrived at the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in Delhi to attend the high-level security review meeting. Apart from him, Atal Dulloo, Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir also arrived in Delhi to attend the security review meeting.
According to the sources, in the security review meeting, the Union home minister directed a complete area domination, and better coordination among the Police, Army and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Jammu and Kashmir to strengthen the security.
He also stressed on the need to boost and strengthen local intelligence, said sources.
