During the Republic Kannada Event, DK Shivakumar also said, “I want Siddaramaiah to be strong, Congress to be strong.”

The Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka also said, “I am an 8-time MLA continued win in elections. My loyalty to Congress party is different compared to others.”

“It may be delayed but it will not be denied”: This was DK Shivakumar's answer to the question about him becoming the Chief Minister of Karnataka.

DK Shivakumar, during the summit said, “There will be no water problem in Bangalore in the next 10 years.”

DK Shivakumar said, “Nature is not made by us. 10-12 cases have happened due to potholes; I told them to report to the authorities. I told him to close the pothole to avoid accidents, people are taking photos of buttons and uploading them. I will go around the city on a bike.”

Talking about Brand Bangalore, R Ashok said, “A blueprint is needed to make a brand Bangalore and our government has not planned for Brand Bangalore. Brand Bangalore is a drama.”

"Bangalore has a reputation at home and abroad, it is growing day by day. But till now the problem of garbage could not be solved", R Ashok.

During the Summit, BJP's CT Ravi further said, “Law and order in state has to be more strengthened”.
