Kedarnath Yatra Suspended, Here's When it Will Resume

The Kedarnath Yatra has been suspended for at least two days due to heavy rainfall in Tehri & Rudraprayag districts.

The state government has taken the help of the IAF and private helicopters to rescue those stranded in Kedarnath.

The trek route remains blocked by boulders at Ghoraparav, Lincholi, Badi Lincholi and Bhimbali, the officials said.

Due to heavy rains on Wednesday night, a stretch of road was washed away in Bhimbali on the Gaurikund-Kedarnath trek route with big stones coming down from the hill and blocking the road.
