Rain Lashes Parts of Delhi and Noida, Causes Waterlogging, Traffic Jams in Several Areas

New Delhi: Moderate to heavy intensity rain lashed several parts of the national capital and its adjoining areas, including Noida, on Friday morning, bringing the mercury down. The heavy downpour also caused waterlogging in several areas. 

Several areas including Baprola dn Najafgarh Road witnessed waterlogging.

Traffic snarls were also witnessed in several parts of the city, affecting the office goers. Visuals of traffic snarls have emerged from Chirag Dilli area. Video shows several vehicle stuck in traffic.

The weather department has predicted more rain in the day. The Delhi-NCR has been receiving heavy rain for the past three days. The rains have also exposed the cracks in the  region's infrastructure.
