New Delhi: A disturbing video from Rajasthan has emerged on social media, showing a woman attacking a Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) during an anti-encroachment operation. The incident took place in the Todabhim area of Gangapur City, where SDM Sunita Meena was overseeing an operation with police personnel and bulldozers to remove illegal encroachments.

In the footage, the woman can be seen grabbing the SDM by her hair and throwing her to the ground.

Tensions intensified when locals began resisting the removal of encroachments. The video showed SDM Sunita Meena pushing an elderly man, who subsequently fell to the ground.

In response, a woman from the crowd attacked the officer, violently grabbing her by the hair and pulling her down. The assault continued as the woman dragged the SDM by her hair, while bystanders tried to intervene.

A key point of the incident is the lack of female police officers at the scene, which made it difficult for male officers to step in immediately. The video vividly captured the woman's aggression as she forcefully pulled the SDM's hair and threw her to the ground, while others struggled to separate the two.

Toraram Meena, the son of the woman who grabbed the SDM by the hair, claimed that the land in question is their private property. "We received a notice stating that we had not obtained approval for changing the land use to install the weighing machine. We were instructed to remove the Dharmkanta. Despite presenting our case before the Tehsildar, the SDM and other officials showed up at our property to dismantle the machine," Toraram explained.
