According to the Special Cell of Delhi Police, eight pistols were recovered from them.

“Duo was involved in the supply of illegal arms and had connections with illegal arms manufacturers in Madhya Pradesh. According to the police, the accused used social media platforms to supply illegal arms, procuring them from Madhya Pradesh at a rate of Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000 per pistol and selling them in Delhi at a rate of Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per pistol.

A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Arms Act,” police said.

Police said that an investigation is underway to uncover forward and backward linkages of this network.
