Mumbai Police shared 11 "monsoon driving tips" on Instagram in response to severe waterlogging caused by rain in many parts of Maharashtra. The initiative encourages Mumbai residents to "drive with joy, not fear" during heavy rain. 

Heavy rain in Mumbai has caused waterlogging in some areas. IMD has issued an orange alert in several parts of Maharashtra.

To mitigate chaos and ensure a smooth commute, Mumbai's police department, known for its helpful social media posts, shared important safety tips.

Mumbai Police recommended using headlights in heavy rain for better visibility and regularly checking tire pressure to ensure safe and smooth rides. They shared several other tips under "monsoon rain check must-dos" in their post.
