In a mission to make the cities cleaner, greener and healthier, DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance launched the campaign of Behtar India. Started last year, this campaign focuses on three main aspects of Health, Environment and Hygiene to make the country a better place. The central theme of this initiative revolved around recycling waste and putting it to better use.
The season 2 of the Behtar India campaign moved into its second leg wherein the campaign was taken to 8 different cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad and others to instill the importance of recycling and waste management in people. The year 2 of the Behtar India campaign ended earlier this week by rewarding and acknowledging the hard work and efforts of the participants at The Behtar India Grand Finale, held on 28th February 2019.
The Anchor and moderator, Ritika Jhanji Jagtiani, welcomed the crowd and commenced the event. She highlighted the achievements of people who participated to make India a cleaner, greener and healthier country to live in. She then called upon the team of Shraey Khanna who left the audience spellbound with their dance performance. Subsequently, The Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance, Mr. Anshuman Verma gave a keynote speech about the impact that this campaign managed to create nationwide and appreciated the participants for putting in the efforts and dedication that this campaign required.
Later, the anchor took over the stage to begin with the award ceremony to felicitate the winners and the runners up in the Regional category.

The Behtar India campaign managed to create an enormous impact across the country in the conservation of the environment. The objective was to catalyze progressive action towards a sustainable India, a Behtar India, through work in the fields of health, environment, and hygiene.
