This episode unfolds the story of m.Paani, which aims at uplifting the unorganized retail sectors, the local kirana stores through the use of technology. This Mumbai based startup is building a loyalty programme for lower middle class and economically poor consumers. Their vision is to enable consumers to earn points for every transaction, which they can use to pay phone bills, school fees, etc. This loyalty programme helps retailers retain customers and elevate business.

They want to build a future of hyperlocal retail in India by enabling local business owners and kiranas to be able to fully digitalize their business.
